ReProcess Therapy
You may have reached a point where the life that once felt manageable now feels overwhelming. You’re confused because this life you worked so hard to build doesn’t seem like it fits anymore. You might be navigating a major transition—an empty nest, divorce, career change, caregiving, grief, or simply questioning who you are in this season of life. Past experiences or unresolved trauma may be resurfacing or surfacing for the first time ever, leaving you feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted.
You may have tried to push through on your own, or wait it out, only to find that old patterns keep showing up. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, regain a sense of clarity, and move forward without being held back by the past, you’re in the right place.
I’ve been there….
In the past I’ve carried around guilt for not feeling as happy or grateful as I “should” for a life most people would dream of. After some major life events occurred: grieving the loss of people I cared deeply about, opening up my own business, starting deep inner work and reflection; it was then I began to realize I wasn’t living a life true to me, and patterns and core beliefs from my past had not been truly understood.
How I can help?
I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and Parts work to help you resolve past experiences, losses, beliefs, and patterns that no longer fit the life you’re trying to build. We will work on the root of your issues that keep you stuck and replace them with positive and adaptive thinking so you can feel in control and confident forging your path to your true feeling of happiness and life’s purpose.
Kellie Tucker Boyle, LPC,
EMDRIA Certified Therapist in Purcellville, VA.
Outside of the Therapy Office…
I am a mother to 3 children. I’m an avid runner and reader. I only learned to cook when my eldest was born, but now I love it.
In my spare time you can find me watching my kids’ sports, forcing them to watch and listen to the same music and movies I did growing up, exploring new places, and soaking in nature.
I love live music. I find humor in the absurdities of life (think Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm scenarios). I enjoy giggling about things with friends that happened decades ago. I have a large extended family, including 36 first cousins. I’ve always been a deep thinker, feeler, and observer. Deep conversations always draw me in.
My Values as a Therapist
Authenticity – Being completely real with yourself and with me. There is no performance needed here.
Collaboration – Therapy is not one sided. You will get what we both put into it. At a pace that works for you.
Curiosity – We don’t need to rush or fix. We get curious and open to understand.
Humor – Therapy is not all sad or tense. Finding humor in life is an effective part of therapy. I take pride in being able to laugh with you.
Knowledge – It’s important for me that you understand the science behind therapy, and how the brain and nervous system work. Psycho-education is so important for the buy-in and belief in therapy, and the modalities used.

Highly recommend!Posted on Google AnnaMarie62Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Ms. Boyle highly enough. She has been instrumental in helping an autistic student that I work with navigate the challenges of anxiety. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Ms. Boyle provided tailored, actionable coping strategies that benefited this student in school. As an educator, it is wonderful to see a therapist who differentiates her counseling to fit the needs of her clients.Posted on Google Cait FiocchiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
